- Legal obligations pursuant to Article 6(1)(c) GDPR, where we are required to process data by law.
- Legitimate interests pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, in particular for the technical provision, security, error analysis and improvement of our website.

If you contact us via contact form, support form, telephone or email, we process the data you provide, in particular your name, company, telephone number, email address, subject, message and, where applicable, attachments. In addition, the time of the enquiry and technical metadata may be processed.

Cookies
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies. Cookies are small text files stored on your device. Some cookies are technically necessary for the website to function properly. Other cookies, in particular analytics or marketing cookies, are used only if you have given your prior consent.
Google Analytics
Where you have given your consent, we use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google. For the European region, the responsible provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
Google Analytics helps us understand how visitors use our website. In this context, page views, clicks, session duration, approximate location data, device information, browser information, referrer information and shortened IP addresses may be processed.
Google Analytics uses cookies such as _ga, _gid, _gat or gac*. Processing takes place only on the basis of your consent. You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future.
Further information on data processing by Google can be found in Google’s Privacy Policy and in the information provided for Google Analytics.
Google Maps
We use Google Maps on our website to display locations and make it easier for you to find directions. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
When you use Google Maps, data may be transmitted to Google and processed on Google servers. This may include in particular your IP address, location data, search queries, route information and technical information. Google may also set cookies, for example to store user preferences or personalise services.
Where consent is required, the use of Google Maps is based on your consent. Otherwise, the integration is based on our legitimate interest in presenting our location in a user-friendly manner.
Further information can be found in Google’s Privacy Policy.
Embedded social media elements and external services
Our website may include elements or links from social media services, such as LinkedIn or YouTube. In the case of simple links, a connection to the respective provider is generally established only when you click on the link.
In the case of embedded content, such as videos, posts or social media plugins, data may already be transmitted to the respective provider when the relevant page is accessed. This may include in particular IP address, browser information, device information, the page accessed and interaction data.
The privacy information of the respective providers applies to data processing carried out by those providers.
TLS encryption
Our website uses HTTPS or TLS encryption. This protects data transmitted between your browser and our web server against unauthorised access. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the lock symbol in your browser’s address bar.
Recipients of personal data
Personal data may be transferred to technical service providers who support us in operating, maintaining, hosting, securing, analysing or further developing our website. Where these service providers process personal data on our behalf, this is done on the basis of appropriate data processing agreements.
Data is passed on to third parties only where this is legally permitted, where you have given your consent, where it is required for the performance of a contract or where we are legally obliged to do so.
Data transfers to third countries
Some of the services we use, in particular Google services or social media services, may process personal data outside the European Union or the European Economic Area. Where required, such transfer is based on suitable safeguards, such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses, adequacy decisions or other legally recognised mechanisms.
Storage period
We store personal data only for as long as required for the respective purposes, for as long as statutory retention obligations apply or for as long as legitimate interests justify further storage. Thereafter, the data will be deleted or anonymised.
