Access data and server log files

When you visit our website, information is automatically collected by the web server and stored in server log files. This may include in particular:

This processing is carried out for the technical provision of the website, system security, error analysis and prevention of misuse. The data is stored only for as long as required for these purposes. The existing website information states that such files are generally stored for two weeks.

If you contact us via contact form, support form, telephone or email, we process the data you provide, in particular your name, company, telephone number, email address, subject, message and, where applicable, attachments. In addition, the time of the enquiry and technical metadata may be processed.

The processing is carried out to handle your enquiry, communicate with you and take pre-contractual or contractual measures. Without this data, we may not be able to process your enquiry, or may only be able to do so to a limited extent.

Please note that email transmission is not always completely secure. Where possible, please do not send confidential information by unencrypted email.

Google Maps

We use Google Maps on our website to display locations and make it easier for you to find directions. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

Embedded social media elements and external services

Our website may include elements or links from social media services, such as LinkedIn or YouTube. In the case of simple links, a connection to the respective provider is generally established only when you click on the link.

In the case of embedded content, such as videos, posts or social media plugins, data may already be transmitted to the respective provider when the relevant page is accessed. This may include in particular IP address, browser information, device information, the page accessed and interaction data.

The privacy information of the respective providers applies to data processing carried out by those providers.

TLS encryption

Our website uses HTTPS or TLS encryption. This protects data transmitted between your browser and our web server against unauthorised access. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the lock symbol in your browser’s address bar.

Recipients of personal data
